We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Same-day delivery: Available within Sialkot city.
3–4 business days: For all other cities (delivery time may vary depending on the product type and availability).

3. Shipping Charges
Flat-rate shipping fee: PKR 199 (applies nationwide).
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day.
On-demand or customized items (e.g., prescription glasses) may require up to 2 days for processing.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Sunglasses: We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 7 days of delivery.
Eyesight/Prescription Glasses: No returns or exchanges are accepted due to product customization.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during shipping. Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a concern.

8. In-Store Pickup

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan.
Delivery charges must be paid in advance.
