Chashmyalla – Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Chashmyalla, we strive to ensure smooth, reliable, and timely delivery of all eyewear products across Pakistan. Please read the following delivery and shipping rules carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

• Same-day delivery: Available within Sialkot city.

• 3–4 business days: For all other cities (delivery time may vary depending on the product type and availability).

2. Courier Services

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat-rate shipping fee: PKR 199 (applies nationwide).

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Processing Time

• Most orders are processed and shipped the same day.

• On-demand or customized items (e.g., prescription glasses) may require up to 2 days for processing.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Sunglasses: We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 7 days of delivery.

• Eyesight/Prescription Glasses: No returns or exchanges are accepted due to product customization.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during shipping. Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a concern.

7. Tracking Your Order

You can track your parcel in real-time by contacting our support team via chat. We are here to help you every step of the way.

8. In-Store Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? You can pick up your eyewear from our Chashmyalla stores during business hours.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across Pakistan.

• Delivery charges must be paid in advance.

• For prescription glasses, a 40% advance payment is required due to customization.
